Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Unfortunately we can only ship within the contiguous United States at this time. We hope to change that in the future!
Do you offer heat packs during the winter?
Yes, and they're free! Heat packs are included automatically if we feel that it may be necessary for your area or any stops in between us and you during transit. They are used at our discretion, but if you want one included in your winter order even if the weather at that time may be warm, we can include one at your request. Requesting a heat pack during warmer winter weather can lead to the plant drying or having some browning during shipment, so beware. We strongly urge you to trust our judgement!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the owner of The Garden Library. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, so we urge you to immediately contact us if there are any issues.
