At The Garden Library, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

Live pants typically ship on Mondays or Tuesdays, unless a circumstance dictates we ship out on a different day, in which case we consult with the customer. We ship priority USPS to all 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally (we hope to change this soon).

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

We do not accept returns on most plants, but there are exceptions - this is handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, however, are routinely given if the circumstances require it. If your plant arrives in poor condition, contact us immediately with photos and we will take care of it with either a replacement or a refund!

WARRANTY AT THE GARDEN LIBRARY

Our Policy

We guarantee our customers' satisfaction, and not just upon arrival! If anything goes awry within 14 days of your plant arriving to you, contact us immediately. If it is deemed to be the cause of us or something with the plant that is beyond your control, we will refund or replace at no cost to you! 

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Your Data is Secure

We do not share or sell any of our customers' financial or identifying information. Under no circumstances will purchase history be shared with anyone other than the buyer themselves. We use secured systems to process transactions, and we therefore do not even have access to sensitive payment details.
